Cinch Part # Ce-24ZI

Protector System

CeLAN 24-Zone Input Module

The CINCH Systems CeLAN 24 Zone Input Module expands the versatility of Protector Panel by adding twenty-four (24) hardwire input zones for conventional hardwire devices. On Protector Systems, you can connect multiple input modules to a single panel for up to 250 input points. Both normally open and normally closed devices can be wired to an input zone. The module monitors all zones and alerts the panel if there is an open/short circuit by using a 3.0K ohm end-of-line (EOL) resistor on each loop input. For additional security, a magnetic reed switch can be added and connected to one of the module input zones to provide module tamper protection.

The input module comes with twenty-four 3.0K ohm EOL resistors and mounting hardware.

Power for the CeLAN 24-Zone Input Module is provided by:

- Protector 12 VDC CeLAN power terminals,
- CeLAN Remote Power Supply Module, or
- Separate 12 VDC-power supply capable of delivering up to 50 mA.

CeLAN AES encrypted digital data bus technology provides secure, fast and reliable data transfer between the Protector Panel and CeLAN modules.

Features:

- AES Encrypted CeLAN communications
- Twenty-four (24) fully supervised style A (Class B) fire rated hardware input zones per module
- Five (5) state zones: [ Open Circuit, Supervised Circuit (3k EOL), Short Circuit, Ground Fault High, Ground Fault Low ]
- On-board LED power and CeLAN bus status indicators.
- CeLAN AES encrypted technology for security, easy setup and enhanced performance.
- Can be mounted in all compatible cabinet enclosures.
