CeLAN 2 Zone Input Module

The CINCH Systems CeLAN 2 Zone Input Module expands the versatility of Protector Panel by adding two hardwire input zones for conventional hardwire devices. On Protector Systems, you can connect multiple input modules to a single panel for up to 250 input points. Both normally open and normally closed devices can be wired to an input zone. The module monitors all zones and alerts the panel if there is an open/short circuit by using a 3.0K ohm end-of-line (EOL) resistor on each loop input. For additional security, a cover and wall tamper switch (magnetic reed switch) is built into the plastic housing can be enrolled into the system to provide module tamper protection.

The input module comes with two 3.0K ohm EOL resistors, plastic enclosure and mounting hardware.

Power for the CeLAN 2-Zone Input Module is provided by:

- Protector 12 VDC CeLAN power terminals,
- CeLAN Remote Power Supply Module, or
- Separate 12 VDC-power supply capable of delivering up to 25 mA.

CeLAN AES encrypted digital data bus technology provides secure, fast and reliable data transfer between the Protector Panel and CeLAN modules.
