Cinch Part #PCU-I24

Protector System

Protector I24

The CINCH Systems Protector - I24 represents the next major revolution in security products, designed from the ground up to address the needs of the government high security market. The Protector - I24 acts not only as a security system, but a point monitoring system, a metrics monitoring system and networking subsystem. The system can be easily integrated into SMS (Software Management Systems) providing a 'stream of consciousness' and full two-way interoperability. Monitored functions (Alarms, Metrics, and Troubles) can be divided and sent to different monitoring systems.

The Protector - I24 provides easy-to-use monitoring of up to 128 contact points (doors, panics, hatches, etc.) displayed on an easy to operate 19" guard post receiver. Protected points can easily be secured or granted access by the touch of a button on the screen. The system allows for multiple guard post receivers (CeLAN AES Encrypted Receiver - I24). Each guard post receiver can be set to one of six different priority levels:

- Safe Haven
- Post 1
- Level 3
- Level 4
- Level 5
- Remote

CeLAN AES Encrypted Receivers - I24 with higher priority levels can easily lock-out other guard post receivers with lower priority levels making it easy to manage day posts. Alarms and transactions are stored in the systems large history buffer and also communicated real-time to any SMS applications, and/or printed to an on-site printer.

Guard interaction is required any time a door (protected point);

- Needs to be transitioned from Armed (or Secure) to Disarmed (or Non-Secure)
- Needs to be transitioned from Disarmed (or Non-Secure) to Armed (or Secure)

Guard response is required any time a system (partition):

- an alarm occurs
- a system trouble occurs

When any of these events occur the user is prompted to accept the change by touching the virtual button on the touch-screen

The Protector - I24 system utilizes AES encryption for all communication including:

- CeLAN (expansion bus)
- CINCH Stick (memory stick and upgrade stick)
- TCP/IP communications (expansion and reporting)
