CeLAN TCP/IP Module

The CINCH Systems CeLAN TCP/IP Module is a dual-application device that allows you to:

- Stand-Alone Mode 1: Connect up to five (5) separate supervised inputs for remote reporting, and remotely command one (1) on-board relay
- Stand-Alone Mode 2: Connect one (1) RS232 input for remote reporting
- Protector CeLAN Mode: Communicate status remotely, interact with the Protector System remotely (when allowed), and extend the CeLAN via TCP/IP (when allowed).

When used in the stand alone mode the TCP/IP Module uses AES encryption to allow for secure communication between the module and a remote monitoring station. The module allows for:
- Status of up to 5 supervised inputs, and the remote operation of one (1) on-board relay
- Or One (1) RS232 port, to be transmitted via AES encrypted Ethernet connection.

When used in the Protector CeLAN mode the TCP/IP Module uses AES encryption to allow for secure communications between the Protector System and the TCP/IP Module, and:

- Remote monitoring stations
- Remote TCP/IP Modules
- Remote SMS (Security Management Systems)

The TCP/IP module comes with five 3.0K ohm EOL resistors and mounting hardware (screws and anchors).

Power for the CeLAN TCP/IP Module is provided by:

- Protector 12 VDC CeLAN power terminals,
- CeLAN Remote Power Supply Module, or
- Separate 12 VDC-power supply capable of delivering up to 250 mA

CeLAN AES encrypted digital data bus technology provides secure, fast and reliable data transfer between the Protector Panel and CeLAN modules.

When used with the Protector System the input response times may be adjusted via the Protector Panel control.
